If there's an agent involved, then it would be appropriate to contact them first. If not and in most cases, just get permission from the owner.

Question as we talk to the seller let’s say if the house is 200 thousand and I can just put 25 hounded thousand on the contract do I have to tell her that the house is being sold for 25 hundred thousand and when I take it to the tittle company will they know that I’m trying to make the remaining if the house cost 200 thousand ? Please answer

You just put in the contract what you and the seller agree on. You then decide if you are going to assign the deal or do a double close. When assigning the deal, the seller will see that you sold it for more once it closes at the title company. If you do a double close, the seller won't know. Hope this helps.

Hello Chris, Does Wholesaling work in NOVA??? Right now houses are are selling in 5 days with bidding wars. Maybe I need to move to TEXAS. What are your thoughts or ideas on how to operate in a market like this. Also if you do have cash what strategies do you have for buying in this market? Risk vs Profit % how far out on a limb do you need to go to make money. Thanks, Also can you send me a link or vid that answers our questions.

Wholesaling works everywhere but Springfield would be a better market. Lease Options would be my main strategy throughout the area though. Hope this helps!

Hey Chris! Do you have all those fancy add on's every month or do you really feel there not needed! Like podio and call tools etc etc .... couldn't you just find the property and skip it or is what all do you actually have

I like to keep it simple. When I did a lot of deals, there wasn't anything like Podio, etc. Just use REIPro to walk you through the entire process. That's really all you need.

I see all these groups on FB or even some vids on here talking about downloading this list and that list and importing it on using this and using that it’s like really I dont think its all needed! Ill be honest anyway sure id love to make crazy amounts of money but my “financially” free number Is 50k year Im happy with that ya know! Thanks! Im still in the fear “research” stage! Have yet to take any action

I see that you have a wholesaling course also. What is the difference between this 5 part series and the course? Im thinking of buying the course, but i noticed some of the content in this series is the same as what the course sales page shows.

The Course is laid out and presented in more of a workbook format plus with all the added forms and contracts we use in the business. There's also some videos where I review the important parts of each Executable Step. Hope this helps!

@@johnnysantiago3582 if you’re a member of the National REIA, they will give you a code for REIPro. Otherwise there is no special discount. The course is already discounted to its lowest cost if you were meaning that. Hope this helps
