Rina san is a great speaker for me and maybe for all those who are learning Japanese. She is speaking slowly and it's easier to listen her and to follow the idea that she is speaking about.

So good to hear you both talking about taking care of yourselves mentally and physically. So important and one of the things I found difficult to agree with ( pushing to your limits and feeling guilty if not doing so)during my time in Japan.

こんな会話で癒されます。みく先生の存在だけで癒されますね。私は日本語を上達するために色々なポッドキャストやユーチューブチャネルを聞いたりするけど、self-love/self-healing についての話しは、みく先生しかいなさそうです。それでみく先生にすごく感謝しています。日本語を勉強になれるだけじゃなくて、自己癒しのことも勉強になれます。みく先生大好きです！ Miku-sensei, what you are doing is so important and necessary, it really goes beyond teaching Japanese and I can't thank you enough for doing this incredible work! It must be such a gift and blessing to be friends with you. I truly appreciate people who spread self-healing and self-love, as I've been on this wonderful journey for the past 3 years. I'll be visiting Japan this Fall and it would be so amazing to meet you and hug you! Thank you so much and all my love to you!!!
