Great news for you!!!! ❤️ My cousin found out last week her 9 year old son has lymphoma and he started chemotherapy immediately. He is having a tough time with it so please pray for him. It breaks my heart for anyone, especially a child, to go through it.

You mentioned sitting on the couch and looking at the trees because of restrictions. In 2016 I fractured my pelvis in 2 places. I was on bedrest for almost a year healing. It is when I too would sit on the couch and look at the trees. It is when I learned how to just "be". And being ok with not having a lot of thoughts or junk going through my head. I began to notice people and the leaves blowing in the breeze. And even what the breeze felt like coming through an open window. It was a hard year for me, but such a rewarding year full of lessons and blessings. It was definitely a turning point in my journey through life.

Praise God no chemo! Melissa you're so inspiring & handling your situation with such grace. I hope someone else that may be going through this or might be sees your videos.

I'm new to your channel, what a beautiful person you are, thank God you don't have to have chemo, thank you for sharing.

Yay!!! That is AWESOME news!! I'm so happy for you! When you teared up, I felt it too! That is such a good feeling isn't it? My oncologist had hubby and I wait in his office to tell us. I was so nervous and cried before the doctor even was in the room. Turned out I didn't have to have chemo either ;) BUT....I did have to go through 30 rounds of radiation. I told everyone I would much rather go through radiation then chemo though. How blessed we are ;) They also gave me hydrocodone after my mastectomy and like you, I didn't like it. I just ended up taking Motrin and Tylenol and toughed it out. They also gave me gabapentin for nerve issues from taking out my lymph nodes (had 22 taken out...cancer only touched a super, super tiny part of one of the nodes). I couldn't handle the gabapentin either after it made me super super dizzy when I woke up. So I tossed that also...lol. You will feel sooooo much better once those drains are removed. All I remember was the happy feeling to be able to drive again and 'normally' take a shower. Never know how much you miss those two things until you can't do them. My kids were in elementary and middle school back when I fought cancer and as much as I detested that car line, I felt so very blessed to be able to get back to it again.

I am a chronic pain patient. I take Dilauded on a daily basis 3 times a day. I think i am pretty use to it now, but when i had knee replacement surgery they had to add Oxicodone in order to be able to control my added pain because my body is so use to pain meds. That was a different ball game! It made me pretty out of it and I could not take it for long. It made me cuckoo, but I can see how people become dependent on it so quickly. So I got rid of that as quick as I could.

So good to see you doing so well Missy. Answer to prayers about the no chemo. Thank you Jesus. I was told that about bending my head to swallow and it doesn’t work for me either. I I also meant to tell you last time I’m having trouble with my hair coming out also. My doctor thinks it’s a combination of stress from the last year of medical issues and also an adjustment that needed to be made with my thyroid medicine. I hope that helps if it doesn’t I’ll be seeking some other answers. I have to admit I think you are doing more than what I thought you were gonna be doing. I know you’re being careful and you want a good outcome after all of this. It’s just not worth it to take chances is it?. As always thank you for sharing with us you are such a precious sister in Christ.

So glad you don't need Chemo! I had one fellow tell me it was an interesting dealing with his illness. He was having trouble swallowing and he discovered for him, if he tilted his head back a little and to the right he could swallow his pills. You may not want to try and risk choking, since you found a method that works for you. You remain in my prayers. 🙏

Feed your orchid once a month with a little water downed coffee she should be in an east window for morning sun.🐶🐶
