My review of the session? Honestly I haven’t felt that grounded and deeply relaxed in so long. I totally forgot about the camera and didn’t even feel in my body for much of it 🤣 When Kellie simply moved my hair forward there was a HUGE rush of tingles all the way through my body! Incredible 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Whenever I play with someones' hair, I get thoroughly relaxed myself as well, finally a moment for myself to shut that brain down and only focus on the person in front of me. Once asked my girlfriend if I could brush her hair very slowly right before she went to bed. She agreed and besides the laugh I had when (at some point) she said how it only made her sleepy (which was my point ofcourse) I just got completely drowsy myself. When my girlfriend at some point said I could stop and turned around, she said she got the idea I was more relaxed than she was ;) .

I’m a massage therapist in USA and I work for a company and I’m thinking maybe i need to rent me a suite and do massages and ASMR sessions. I love ASMR and I always fall asleep while watching. Super relaxing😊

Oh she’s GOOD. You can tell Emma is in a completely different dimension during the entire treatment. I feel like people taking care of each other in this way is so important and almost primal. Real in person ASMR spas are so needed in our society. I hope they will become more commonplace.

I am fortune enough to say I visited Kellie in her ASMR lounge and had a wonderful experience. I felt like I was floating! The instant I entered the room Kellie put me at ease and all my worries dissappeared for the entire session. I don't quite know how I got home after I was so relaxed. I would highly recommend booking in if you possibly can. To see Kellie care for our Queen Emma takes me back to that wonderful experience. ❤

After my daughter, I spent sometime in Winchester mother and baby unit. How I wish this was open then 😅 Unfortunately its a very long way from me but one day I'd like to show my daughter where we went that saved my life (and hopefully therefore improved hers), and I will certainly be travelling to the ASMR too! Just want to leave a comment here after being to see Kellie at the ASMR Live Lounge today, it was AMAZING! Everything you could ever want from an ASMR experience! She is so kind and makes you feel welcome and at ease. The little touches make you feel so special. I also chose to add the guided meditation at the end and it was lush. I fell asleep at one point and woke myself up with a little snore haha I implore anyone thinking about going, do it! You won’t regret it! And if you’re travelling, there’s loads to do here in Portsmouth if you fancied a weekend stay. Big love x

I haven’t watched your videos for a while Emma as I’ve found I prefer real life ASMR so I was pleased to see this video from you. I suffer from terrible health anxiety but I was totally relaxed throughout this video and I even experienced tingles. This lady is a natural and I hope her business is a great success. I live in London and I’m too unwell to travel right now but if I could travel I’d book a session with her at least once a month. Ohh. My. This is truly a momentous spa session. The gentleness and softness of care that Kellie provides is incredibly soothing. I adore the way Emma allows herself this time which isn't selfish but taking time out to evolve her inner calm which works towards evaporating or helping to dispel anxiety, worry and stress. It makes for a better person internally, externally both mentally and emotionally. Emma works to teach us that no matter who we are, we all need time out to look after ourselves physically as well as mentally and to understand the warm, comforting touch from another human being like this that can release serotonin of well being to the brain which soothes the mind. That is what I think Emma is trying to do within her ASMR channel. She is teaching and giving us knowledge of different ways we can work to being happier and more contented within ourselves and for that, I thank her dearly x

Oh my lord, I live near there! I have CFS and fibromyalgia and been watching asmr i think since i was 17. Always experienced it. Now 30. I'm going to go. This is the most amazing thing I've heard in ages!!!

This is super super tingly! I loved how she told us to let ourselves get relaxed. This made me relaxed sooo much. My brain calmed down so much! It's really an effective technique. Wish there was a asmr spa near me, love the whole experience. All love to Kellie and you Emma

I so wish I lived near ASMR Live Lounge, especially with how reasonable the pricing is on their website (compared to spas and massages you'd usually find.) I hope this idea takes off and spreads, the world needs more chill time. 😊
