+World I think the black parts are bruises on the fruit and still possibly edible. Fruit only grows black mould when it is very mouldy, the mould colour is normally white then blue-ish at first? Plus the skin on fruits such as apples would start to wrinkle and dry out. Plus, imagine how many retakes they may had to do for this...
