Very useful indeed. Worried that as soon as I use these phrases, the cabbie would start chatting me up and I would just be ahhhhhh ahhhh

@@hangulhouse1 I will just have to say this to the driver 쥐송합니다 기사님, 천천히 말해주세요. 저는 한국어 공부하고이서요 근데 제 한국어는 아직 잘 뭇해요. I wonder if he’d be impresses or confused at how I manage to butcher the grammar

I'm sure the taxi driver will be really impressed. Koreans are generally very grateful when non-Koreans make the effort to speak Korean ☺️

얼마나 나오다’에 대신 ‘얼마나 들다’라고도 이렇게 쓰면 되나요?

You can ask 얼마나 들어요, but it's less common than 얼마나 나와요. 들어요 is a really common verb to talk about how much money you spent on something, or how much something cost, but in this situation in a taxi, it's more common to say 얼마나 나와요 or 얼마 나와요

Yes, that's fine as well. It just means 'it's 10,000 won'
