I still watch the reruns of parking war's. I loves Garfield and sherry they were great. I remember people like him always getting pissed and arguing the ticket. There was this little lady who drove off with the boot on her car lol. She pushed Garfield and jumped in her car. I don't know if you remember that episode philly Captain?

South St has completely gone to hell. All of the mom and pops vacated except, perhaps Tattooed Moms and The TLA concert venue, two record stores, other than that? What once had 14 live music venues in the 80s? has 2, maybe. The changing complexion of the street destroyed the possibility for live music. People came and destroyed. I know. I worked on South street for 30 years. I won’t even walk on it anymore.

My favorite PPA parking war was when a PPA vehicle illegally parked in my friends private lot & went across the street to a bar /restaurant... well when he came out ,his van was gone & towed away to a private tow lot ,he was really pissed....but was pissed off even more when the tow lot wouldn't release the vehicle to him as he wasn't the actual owner...a supervisor with official paperwork had to go pay the tow fee to get it released 🤣🤣 they played the same gig that the PPA does to the public....guess the worker got docked for illegally parking a PPA vehicle

The navy yard should pay for all of that and especially the side walk and trash I'm ashamed and your right there nothing out there but storms,sharks and pirate's I know first hand that being said are shores should be pristine shame on us for not making this happen
