But she, 12 years younger than him, was in love and impressionable and chose to go along with it. Had Charles had any cahunas he would have stopped the wedding completely but he didn't. You mentioned Diana had many lovers and he had one, while blatantly ignoring how evil Camilla and he were towards her. How coldhearted of you. When Diana finally awoke from her naivety, psychologically she was in distress and yes, foolishly seeking love where she could find it. Until she finally came to her senses and blossomed into being a confident woman she was meant to be. I could go on at length but what's the use? Diana and Charles had made their peace they got on better when they separated and on the day their divorce came through were said to have cried sitting together about it. So don’t be to quick to condemn Charles how he comes across it’s not who he is in private. He is a caring person it was just as upsetting for him to see his children’s home life turned upside down by the separation and divorce. And it was because of the children they worked together to make it as smooth as they could for them. There’s nothing evil about that.
