it's like he missed what the assignment was. it's a wedding, between him and his fiance. not an art piece to "show her the inside of his mind". it's not about you dude; it's about you two as a couple.

I agree! He created a disgusting, twisted Halloween scary house for his wedding! When he stood in that cold, ugly bunker and said, "It's all for love," I knew for certain that Liam is very mentally ill. When Lynn saw the ugly mockery he made of their wedding, and she smiled and kissed him, that's when I knew that she's fully aware of Liam's mental problems, but she's chosen to love him anyway. God bless and help them both, and especially their children.

The groom made this all about him and his alien fantasies without including things that the bride would love. It's okay to have his vision but he should have included hers in it. Luckily, she loves him so it all worked out.

So many of these grooms seem to think PARTY!!! instead of wedding. They get all that money in their hands and get with their wild, often immature make friends, and lose sight of what they're trying to accomplish, what a wedding is all about, and what would make their bride happy. Yes, it's ok to include elements of things that are important to him, but some things are totally ridiculous and I appropriate for a wedding. If he wants to throw a fun alien-themed party for himself, great! But a wedding is not the place for it. The brides will never forget that the wedding they'd always dreamed of was turned into a slideshow. She may say she loves him and it's ok in front of the cameras, but she'll still be deeply hurt and it will stain their marriage. I wonder how many of divorce when the groom deeply fails and disappoints his bride.

It would have been a great party theme but as a wedding theme, I think it was incredibly selfish and uncaring. He made everything about himself and completely disrespected her feelings. She showed an incredible amount of grace in not making a scene. I hope she made him sleep outside and alone on the wedding night.

Totally weird concept, and through the whole episode I was like NOOOOO!!! but he did well and it was really sweet once she walked in and they were face to face. They are a cute couple...good luck to them and their family

I’m not buying that the guy who had the alien wedding was doing it so his bride could be in his mind . He actually seemed to just want the wedding the way he wanted and seemed more like it was about him so like I said his whole excuse for doing his theme seemed like his own cover up just like the government covered up aliens lol

Poor girl. I could tell by her face and responses that she did not like the wedding at all. It's tough to express that, though, with an audience and a TV camera in your face. I bet when they got to the privacy of their home, she told him how disappointed she was. A elegant space theme could have been a lovely compromise that complimented what they both wanted. Instead, he just made it a tacky cosplay party all about him.

I think its all a disgrace. A wedding is about a commitment under God, and should be the brides best day of her life. Everything from when she enters the limo and on is gross. A dress with holes, props/aliens/ just terrible, alittle boys dream is all this is.
