Nice video mate, good selection of finds 👍. Them weights are some proper chunks of lead! And love the hammered token, much more of a personal item to find which is always good👍

Awesome video as always Ricky. Cracking love token hammered not seen a hammered made into a love token before. You done well mate as there wasn’t much coming up Saturday, well not for me anyway. Nice grotty Roman, and a lovely sixpence. Love a pot mend and steelyard weight, definitely old lead. Maybe catch you next week on Simon’s dig. Thanks Ricky for sharing.

Ricky, that's the earliest love token.ive ever seen. In 48 years detecting, I've had quite a few lizzy hamm love tokens b4 and I've seen a hen8th b4, yours holed as well suggests it was in circulation until. The great recoinage of 1696, technically qualifies as treasure but I'd defiantly report it. Because as I say that could be th UK, s oldest monarch love token recorded. Great and important find. In. My opinion.

how do you know what land to go on to find stuff i go on land and find nothing at all
