There should be korean market available if u live in big city. If u have soy sauce, spicy chili paste(고추장), fermented bean paste( 된장), .you can make all those dishes yourself.

다 넣어도 됩니다. 오래 보관하기위해 그런건데, 사실 인체에 문제는 없답니다. 방부제넣는다고 생각하시는 분이 많은데 절대아님. 야외에서 먹고플때는 캔따서 그위에 고춧가루만 추가.
