The way she eats her food in such a demure manner reflects on her wholesome relationship with it unlike me who fasts , skips meals and have one meal a day yet feel guilty about it.Watching her take her food seriously really encourages me to mend my disordered eating patterns. Mind you I'm not saying she encourages me to binge eat,she just helps me understand that just like water and air we need calories as well to exist..

Enjoy your food. It gives us nourishment energy, and relief. Early days when there was no mobile or tv food was the most important source of happiness and contentment. It will never lose its place. Cook good looking meal and put in your mouth it will melt inside and savour the test with your tongue.

Hello! Watching the video, i think the ingredients are: She added anchovies in a tea bag to the water (it's common in korea to put anchovies in tea bags to add them to your broth so it's easier to fish them out) After that, she added shrimps She added dried kombu leaves Soy sauce Sea salt Minced garlic And then the last thing she added, I'm really not sure what that is. But i feel like it would be similar to vinegar? I don't know. At the end, she added chilies, green onions and sesame seeds to the bean sprouts soup.

In south India... After transferring the non veg gravy from the pan in which it was cooked... We add some hot rice in that pan give a stir to get all the flavours out of the pan before putting it in the sink... It may seem miser but siblings fight for that rice... It will be that much flavourful and tasty..
