I really like the "theme" music, especially the music that starts at 5:00; even if you use it every video. It makes it easier to recognize one of your videos. I'm not saying your videos are formulaic. But if you're watching a lot of your videos back to back, you can tell points of high action just from the music, and I think that's a good thing.
@minglee97

I like that theme too! It sounds very similar to Money in the Grave by Drake. Maybe thats the song Anton says sounds really familiar at the beginning of the video.

Love the fact that you incorporated the “fail” as a goal in your sessions. This trains your brain that it’s OK to fail and prepares yourself for whenever the happens in real life. That way you won’t get all emotional/sad whenever you fail. But you stay calm, reflect and learn from the process instead of just freaking out and making yourself feel bad! Awesome! 👌 stay cool, stay safe!

Hmm. So, to work forearms it's small ledge campus training, deadhangs, pinch, and dynamic movements? Warm-up then: -Deadhang/campus training w/ one arm variations and small ledges. -Pull ups using small campus edges (80% rom). -Pinch grip static training with climbing holds. -Dynamic movements. -2-3 min rest of 2-3 sets. I've been meaning to get a campus/hangboard, but was wary of the risks. Thanks for the content Ninja 👍💪
@xNulg
@xNulg 4 жыл бұрын
@@dalialjene9100 Mostly it puts a lot of tension on your fingers, tendons, and potentially ligaments. Causing for a high risk of injury, because it's easy to overdue it. Since tendons require long rest, and it takes a while for them to get stronger you can injure yourself bad if you don't train correctly. That's just from what I've read, though.

Hey Anton! I just want to say how happy I am that you uploaded this video. I've been wondering about your actual workout a lot and this is awesome to see. Below are some random thoughts that came to my mind during the video (feel free to ignore them). 1:14 I'm pretty sure I've heard you struggle with that word in another video. It's really cool to see that your English has actually improved a lot! Keep it up. 3:30 Wait 20 pull-ups is "light fatigue" for you? I can barely do 5! 10:12 Ok that is just wildly impressive. I tried some vertical grip myself so I understand how hard that move must have been. Great job! 11:23 I laughed way too hard at that. You're getting really good at making videos! (okay this comment is getting too long I'm sorry) I only have one more question: In one of Magnus' videos you demonstrated the so-called "крутиться challenge" (I had to google the word sorry if it's incorrect). Do you still do those? I tried it after watching that video and I still do the challenge a few times per week. Thank you for the inspiration. You've become my favourite KZfaqr in no time and I look forward to the next video!
