Love this. Can I also say that as someone with ADHD, slow LoFi ASMR is perfect for relaxing the chaos and none stop internal chatter of my ADHD brain. The new trend for fast ASMR videos for ADHD is the absolute worst for me. ASMR helps me to slow down, calm down and actually relax, and it keeps me sane x

See I learned it as: Crack an egg on your head let the yoke trickle down Crack and egg on your head let the yolk trickle down (lightly tapping fist to head then dragging down hair.) Concentrate Concentrate on what I'm saying (fist bouncing on both shoulders) "Children are dying" left ear " people are crying" right ear no hand pounding. Then fist pounding shoulders Concentrate Concentrate on what I'm saying Then a push to mid back. For whatever reason it steals your breath away and you get that moment of pure terror.
