It's a system that provides 50kW "Level 3" or DC Quick Charge (DCQC) to any EV anywhere you can drive a truck, with no batteries or external infrastructure of any kind.
The vehicle is perfect for field testing, roadside rescue, mobile recharge services, and working with EV's in remote locations. It's capable of providing CHAdeMO and SAE Combo charging (or both), as well as multiple Level 2 vehicles if necessary.

If you presume an average tow truck fee. Charging 10kWh, which is enough to get you to a Charger, should use 2.2 gal of gasoline and Take around 12 minutes, so the cost should be comparable to any other roadside service.
