See, I thought that he resigned a contract a couple months ago. I could be wrong about that. But either way if he thinks the contracts are illegal and so terrible then why did he stay there for as long as he did because Lord knows he has resigned a contract contract at least once. He apparently didn’t think it was all that bad then I guess. Also, I am pretty sure in the contract. It would state that they could release you for whatever reason. So even if you don’t think the terms of the contractor all that good or you don’t think, the grounds on you being released from your contract or whatever are good if you sign it then you agreed to every term. So that’s on you in the end.

Typically you have to have both participants to be running hot before you can successfully book can't talk versus can't wrestle. The division is so evolved now that Baker isn't even a top 20 talent there. She could maximize what she was along with her limitations by becoming this generation's Bobby Heenan. Arrogant with wit manager is a natural heel that can bump.

And while I get that, he also wasn't used. He was called up and then benched for months. While his statement might not hold base to him in particular, it holds true in other accounts. Plus, who calls someone up and doesn't use them? Christ why do they still have Odyssey Jones on payroll when they aren't using him.

I think she has been exposed to the world that she was seen to be as good as she was because of the way WWE used her. Her promos have been trash in AEW. Her matches have been trash. It’s the same thing in AEW all the time. Someone is brought into the company and presented as this big game changer signing and this is so amazing and this person is so great. Within a week or two they are just another person. This is what happened with her. She has done nothing to move any business for that company.

When you sign a contract, you agreed to the terms of that contract. If you have to sign a contract to work somewhere, then it will be in the contract that the company can fire you for whatever reason they claim. This apparently was not illegal to him when he would sign any of the other contracts he signed while he was there. Only after he left, does it seem to be a problem now. I don’t know about it being something that should be illegal. I mean if they got nothing for you then why would you want them to keep you around? People give WWE crap for keeping wrestlers around that they do nothing with and then they keep giving WWE crap when they let go of wrestlers that they’re doing nothing with Will that they have no plans for? "Right to Work" is the union busting laws in some states, I believe you are thinking about "At Will Employment". Although I don't know how that interacts with contract laws.

When you sign a contract to work anywhere, it says in the contract that the company has the right to terminate the contract for whatever reason that they will put. If you sign the contract, then you agree to it. So if you sign something that you’re not happy about then that’s your own fault.

Most states are even non fault states u don’t even have to have a reason to fire someone
