@ 5:00 that is La Basilica de Altagracia. She is the patron saint of the Dominican Republic, and many women are named after her. I believe January 16 is El Dia de Altagracia with many people traveling to Higuey. I always stayed of the roads on January 16, many fatal car wrecks happen.

Great video Champ! Seems to be a beautiful city, of which I have never visited. I like how they keep the streets clean there, you don't see a lot of trash strewn about. The pronunciation is way off Bro. To the best of my recollection, it is pronounced more like "E Gway".

I lived there for four years. .Great city~nicer than many of the same size in the US. Thousands of resort workers between 20 and 30 have moved there in the last 20 years making good wages and making the housing market boom...tin and wood slab shacks are being replaced by cinder block homes. Great future.
