✌🏼 Hey friends, I'm back with another real time study with me video! Come join me for a productive late night study session using the pomodoro technique 🍅 It works by breaking our study into 4 x 25-minute blocks with 5-minute breaks in between. I'm currently preparing for an upcoming medical school exam, revising over neurology and gastroenterology. Grab some water/snacks, put on your favourite Lo-Fi playlist, and let’s study together! No no, it's officially scientifically proven that (especially for med students) wearing comfy clothes and a blanket on top with the hood on your head, makes you retain more information ( it doesn't let it escape your head that easily). I can confirm that as well.

I just wanna tell you, I PASSED MY EXAMS AND OFFICIALLY DONE WITH UNI!!! I remember crying whilst preparing for my finals last month and this video helped me. Instead of being sad all throughout my study session, i only cry my heart out during the breaks. And back to staying focus after the break session ends 😂 Somehow it helped me to stay focus and motivated. Thank you thank you thank you.
