EDIT! The top coat I’m applying is actually WITH a tacky layer (Super Shiny). You need it to make sure that the foil is going to stick 😊👍🏻

Sorry, I also want to add that I appreciate seeing that even experienced and amazing nail techs as yourself can still do things like getting a little bit of gel on the skin. It's hard to be real and make mistakes or have "Happy little accidents" as Bob Ross would say in the beauty industry.

I have been doing nail for over 30 years. Developed vitiligo in my 30’s. Had to go through all the comment from client etc. now i dont have any obvious pigment problems. I love this video.

Such inspirational words. More girls and guys need to hear this. While I can understand why some get cosmetic surgery to fix problem areas or insecurities, it’s great to encourage people to be comfortable with themselves. Tbh lots of celebs think they’re giving positive body image but they aren’t when they are known to have had lots of plastic surgery. It’s not even their body 100%. That doesn’t promote positive body image IMO.

One of my sons has this condition. He is 22 now but when he was 7 we noticed he had some grey streaks appearing in his hair and some odd patches of colour around some of his moles. I immediately took him to the doctors as I thought he had cancer, it was then he was diagnosed with this condition. I always remember the doctor referencing Michael Jackson and my son said “Awesome you mean I’m going to get dark skin” he was disappointed to find out that he was going to stay white 🤪 Moral to this story is he is proud to be different, he loves his grey patches in his hair and thinks his skin colour makes him unique. I love this set of nails, it’s refreshing to see a design on short nails as we are bombarded with long nails all the time on social media. 🌸🐨🌸

My grandfather had vit a lye go. He always wore pants and would have worn long sleeves in the. Summer but he could not take the heat. He hated his skin, he was an amazing strong wonderful man. Formidable at 6'3". A tower. I miss jim very much may he rest in peace. When I was little I wld sit on his lap and play guess the shap cuz they always looked like an animal or something. Later in my life he told me it made his confidence higher cuz he cld laugh about his skin.... im with u girl. Flaws r gorgeous and if we didn't have them it wld be a "brave new world ".....

So happy that you put this video out! I personally love when you do real time videos 😁 One thing people considered a flaw for me were my asian eyes. Since I was little I've always been teased by the other kids (and god knows how kids can be mean sometimes) and when I was in middle school I started to do everything possible to look less asian (starting with the way I did my make up, the way I dressed, even the way I behaved) and I rejected my asian origins. But when growing up, I realised that being asian is part of my identity. I was born in France so these are both part of who I am and I shouldn't reject any of it. And today I am proud of who I am, I was raised in two different cultures but that made me able to have an open mind ❤

Loving this!!! Looking at the classes but had to say I laughed when you talked about the Disney books with the follow along tapes. Mine are the follow along records, lol. Seeing if I an afford the classes and kit. Thanks for helping and for the continued acknowledgment that "Different is Beautiful!" I feel your client's skin is gorgeous! Please thank her for me. I was a professional makeup artist for almost 25 years and when a medical condition caused my abdomen to become enlarged I lost jobs and my teaching position. I was told directly to my face that I would not be hired because of my age and because I'm fat. That if I can't control myself around food how could they trust me. I was devastated because they knew me and did this.

I think the video was amazing and your has beautiful hands. I know how it feels because I have a lot of scars on stomach from surgery and drains and I make sure people do it unless I chose to since when I first got them I would have people stare at it making it very self conscious not mention my weight gain from medical issues but I am mostly ok with me except my stomach. Can't wait for the next video

She has beauty marks. Love the set 😍 when I was a teenager I would get a pimple during my time of the month. The pimple went away but the following month period and a pimple. A pimple and scars are left. I faded them with laser surgery but it’s still obvious. I’m married with 3 kids and I look good and that’s all that matters.

🤗🤗Me too I love a bit of crooked teeth !!!! always have !!!my parents made me get braces when I was younger I actually had to get them twice🤣🤣I would have had a split 🤓 in my teeth if I hadn’t & always wondered if my life would hav been different or LOL I know it’s silly🤔🤔 ...but I’m NOT attracted to “perfect” I admire someone’s flaws!!!!!

Will definitely be watching for "the flash" from now on. My flaw.....my weight. My mom was very hard on regarding my weight, almost or could be considered slightly abusive about it. I've been on a diet for as long as I can remember and now that in 35...I'm tired of trying to fight it or hide myself by not doing things. Still not comfortable with myself, maybe one day I'll get there.

For a first set you can make it spread onto the entire nail if you need to. But when you are doing a refill then you only need to cover the “new nail”. The reason why you only put a teeny tiny small drop is because it will then start to spread and cover the nail. You need to be careful so that it doesn’t spread too far and underneath the skin because 1. It will hurt 2. It can damage the matrix.
