I know several guys who were doing very well on Tinder even though they definitely weren't good looking. And at the same time I also know several guys who are pretty or even super good looking and they got barely any dates. The problem with Tinder is that you're pretty limited in your options of making yourself come across as attractive to women; you only have 9 or 9 pictures and a couple hundred character long profile. The guys who seemed to have cracked the Tinder formula somehow managed to stick out from the rest in a positive way, which does not depend on pure physical attraction as much as other qualities (like seeming fun, exciting, intelligent, mysterious, confident, and what not).

No, even a smartphone camera will work, what matters the most is looking fun and happy, it doesn't necessarily have to be you doing an extreme sport. Put an effort for one month and take some photos (preferably not selfies), test your photos with photofeeler till you score the best that you can. I used to be in the same position, i was getting 1 match a month and now that i improved my profile with better photos i get 15-20 matches a week which is great for me considering that i'm a 5-6 out of 10.

Yeah you don't need to be rich or have fancy items - BUT you need to put in an effort to look as good as you can, and get some great shots of yourself. I'm 5 foot 8, and don't have professional photos in my personal profile. Just good quality photos of myself - and none of my photos suggest wealth in any way.

I've done pro photoshoot last month and got almost 0 results cause the feedback I got was that it was too posed and over edited but also I didn't like how I came out. I just recently ordered a tripod and am gonna have pictures taken of me in portrait mode well dressed with nice haircut then apply face app to enhance my face using Hollywood 2 filter and cheekbone filter. These make you look significantly more attractive without making you look much different. Then do some photo editing to make the picture come out better overall. In the USA our pics and profile have to be top notch if we want any type of results let alone good results.

Hey Kai, great looking guys will always do better than average looking guys - BUT as you said photos can make a big difference - I'll also say this - Of all the 'professional' photos I've seen for Tinder - 70% of these professionals do a very average job unfortunately, so they charge guys money but have no clue really have to get great tinder shots.

Well technically it doesn't' exist anymore, but Tinder still has a ranking system that works more or less the same way with a few minor changes.

Superlikes are a little useful (but not amazing) IF you arleady have a profile that get some likes, and you want to make sure the woman you see is going to see you back. But a lot of guys use super like ont he SUPER-hot women who are many levels above the kind of woman their current profile is capable of matching. If you do that, you're unlikely to get any results from super-likes.

I Actually have confirmed this before in other videos - if you're below average in looks then Online Dating isn't the optimal strategy - cold approach is. Average and above you can get deent results online.

Girls have a sixth sense for choosing great pics of which they usually possess thousands. Guys typically dont take many or have awful photos. By adding a bunch of photos they increase their chances of one of those being a BAD photo by virtue of simple ignorance. You can also risk coming across TOO narcissistic with lots of photos - it's like pouring the act on too thick and being trying too hard - so I think the less is more principle holds true - leave a bit of mystery for the girl to pursue.

Yeah man, I used ot use a photo of myself rock climbing - You could still see my muscles as I was climbing in a tank top - so it didn't look like purposely showing off. Sports shots can often be good for showing off physique without being a turnoff.

Isincerity: most of male looks is skeletal, high, shoulder width and facial bones. Those guys should not be at such an advantage in a sane society. Well the point was that - guys will say "I don't get results because I'm X race" then I show an X race profiel that gets good results - that means that X race guys can get results - Perhaps it's harder, perhaps there's some different hoops to jump through.
