Transfer should not be allowed but demotion with further training if deemed the most appropriate measure. Otherwise, bringing the local authority into disrepute, this is a total dismissal for the town Clark.

They should review their resolution is there no deputy town clerk? We community we need service delivery. In fact they should find a way to close that particular office.

Look at mzee it's not a cultural office but a government office no goat needed like you are saying , they will have to just understand among themselves and the office starts running as usual.
