As you can see, the blank VHS tape already got massive damage from long storage time and sunlight damage which causes the colors to bleed on the video. I found some empty VHS tapes and a CVR in the attic of our house. The tape that I recorded with was from 1995 and is basically close to 30 years old.

Just a little test if the tapes were still working. You can compare this video with kzfaq.info/get/bejne/i8ygf9Wl0LqXiJc.html The VCR was a 1995 Sony Hi8 VCR EV-C200 model. My mom used it to watch movies on it, but most movie tapes were thrown away when the DVD's came on the market.

I think you should do a film with vhs like a horror or eery the vhs just gives those vibes

I maybe do it in the future. I will look if I still have some blank old VHS tapes laying around. But you have to expect that it will have bad quality, tracking problems, and color bleeding.
