Good and helpful video though hoped you'd do a leak test and lid sweating observation. Tons of copy-cat brands out there probably manufactured in the same way as these fake Hydroflasks. Good to know they'd keep it as cold as the real ones. 😃

i find it absolutely stupid how there’s still ice after THREE DAYS while my [undefined] insulated bottle let’s the ice melt after 3 hours lmfao

I think the most important thing to consider when buying vacuum flask is the WARRANTY. They all work similarly and in terms of the performance they are not far from each other. But once that vacuum seal broke, you will definitely need its warranty.

Real or fake. Any tips on how to keep the ice longer in any insulated bottle?

Thank you for this wonderful video and the tests convinced me to decide on getting my first hydroflask. So I bought the 32oz Trail series, which is indeed 25% lighter than the usual ones. So it came delivered to me after 2 days I purchase. So I did the test as you did. The ice cubes melted in 1 hour, and ice cold water turned normal temperature in less than 24 hours. and the bottle dented when I use for 1 day already after a slight knock in the bag. I’m super disappointed and wondered if the I bought a a fake one? But the packaging looks legit though.

It goes down to the quality of the stainless steel.

I didn’t buy real Hydro flask or fake one. just bought some other brand but same technology seems to work grate. It’s called manna

I just bought one from EBay and it’s actually Real !! My old one from Costco which I assumed was real is a fake - as I just watched your video 😅 My new real one just arrived with a dent 😢 does this affect the performance?

For everyone saying they’re going to buy fakes - know that companies put a ton of research into creating their technology, design, durability, customer service, and most importantly, PRODUCT SAFETY. If you’re buying a fake, you have no idea if the paint is even lead free. The real ones have been vetted for all kinds of safety, and I really hope you reconsider just because the fakes keep things cold.

as per the video, great marketing for hydroflask...$8 product for $38....3 days?! the difference doesnt even matter.

Tip for mire quantifiable results: add a speciric weight of ice or volume of ice/water. Keeps the field level. And heres a real fun tip for everyone: all stainless steel bottle are made in one factory in China, they mass produce them then brand them for whomever pay for it. I bought a no-name stainless flask, 1.8L, for 17 bucks and its work just as good as any brand-name product. If you like money, research your products!

Fake is ok .. i dont store cold water for 3days 😂😂..

Maybe the fake one is actually original and other companies bought it from the same manufacturer and just copy the logo and everything and sell them cheaper.. well business is business 😁
