When the guest speaker was telling about some important information about the important documents to be checked, before purchasing a plot, the Interviewer has unnecessarily intervened and diverted him. Interviewer should allow the guest speaker to speak freely. Once the guest speaker stops telling, then the Interviewer can raise questions & doubts or make his own comments at the end.

@@srinivas1483 don't under declare and buy with white money then u are doing injustice to yourself. unless you are already tax evador. its hard to buy real estate property with white money because sellers want to declare undervalue on the paper and its very risky. If you are a honesty working citizen and paid income tax then don't support real estate people who use black money.

in ap the then british govt surveyed lands and prepared village plans from there D sktches and fmbs formed. hence there are no disputes over lands. but in telangana it is quiet different and many litigations in purchasing lands.

Dont buy houses/flats in urban areas. Go to rural areas and semi-forest areas and live comfortably. Urban areas will not abides in nearest future as climate changes would make urban areas non-living places
