Amazing use of space… but instead of so many bathrooms I would have 1 less, and opt for a very important pantry/storage/laundry area.

I would lose one bedroom on that second floor to gain a loft/laundry area, plus slightly larger rooms. There's no room to breathe on that level. Otherwise, this is well designed and I appreciate the smaller footprint.

Love it, the space is all used very well. If I have any complaints, it would be that there isn't a single tub in any of the baths. Sometimes you want a tub to soak or relax in.

To build a house in Philippines is a lot cheaper than Europe / US. Even I n India is cheaper than that, my friend told me.

Very nice. Wonderful use of space. Small house but it can have several people in it and you can still find a private little spot somewhere.

Dear House Design Ideas, Make a plan of a 2 story east facing house 5x8 meters, in which the stairs should be exactly on the back side as in your videos, but the stairs should also be facing east like the direction of the house.

Should have made the 3 bedroom in the 2nd floor into 2 so they could be bigger and only 1 bathroom as well cause those to bathroom in the 2nd floor where to tiny the master bedroom was beautiful and so was the kitchen and living room

Beautiful…but I like to have more space in the bedrooms. I also like to relax and soak in the tub so I would need a bathtub for the main bedroom.

Looks good. Where can I store my clothes? Where is the heather? Wherethe TV is I want a Fireplace. Missing store room. Don,t need a bathroom at every stock. For real living its only good for two people. Like this concept, buth its a salling concept. For real living you have to change a few things.

A very cool home, but all the stairs to climb would be an issue for an older person or a person with health issues to navigate. But i love the concept, just the right size....

I love that window! Is just preferences. I prefer lots of windows. For the night you may use a bamboo blind for example.

Great design overall. You really put a lot of time on interior, but there is very little customization options. Everyone is special so allocating 5-10% as free, open concept is very good for sales. Instead of cluttering 100%. Also sink location is critical and storages spaces are major sale point in small projects. You had some extra space under the stars that wasn't utilized. Bonus for roof access for solar/storage/patio especially on a flat roof. Great but can be better. Hope you get real projects soon.

$50k if you own your land debt free and build it yourself.and the city/county/state allows you to build. It must meet all buildings requirements by law. Florida no..must meet hurricane standards ..$50k is the materials.looking at about $250k or higher...looks great on video but in reality you'll get sticker shock later. Also how long will these homes last.

Don't care for the living room setup. Sitting on couch with backs turned to window so that you can't see people walking up to the house, and big TV clearly seen from outside the house.

Based on the size of the other furniture it actually looks like a rather small TV, maybe 32". It's on a riser, then on a console, and even then it's still lower than the dining table. Lots of proportions seem off.

I have a similar home like this in PV, Mexico. Unfortunately, it cost me $125K. Other than that, since cost of living is on the cheaper side, I am able to live very well than I was in the US.

nakakahilo yung pagpasok sa banyo at sana binuksan mo na lang para di ganung nakakahilo at naka zoom in din masyado kaya di maganda ang dating para sa akin. so far sa design ok sa akin sa ground floor lang ang pinto ng CR eh sa may kitchen hindi sa may hagdan.

It’s always funny seeing seeing Americans and Europeans lose their minds at the $50K price tag. We can build that house for under $50K in my country. People that’s from villages that work in the city build mansions in villages because the land and labour is so cheap.

This is more roomy, have to redesign the entire place, furniture is awfully dull! Hate Black interiors and just horrible, need a full bathtub to swim! Horrible!
