This house is perfect, I love the placement of the laundry room and bathroom. The huge porch is also great for entertaining a large group and not having them packed inside the house.

Está preciosa! Pero qué pasa si sólo tengo 30 m2 y la luz y aireación sólo pueden venir por arriba? Excepto la parte delantera y trasera que puedo poner puertas y ventanas pequeñas... A los costados no puedo poner más que pared, porque ya es medianera de los 2 lados. Reto para ti... ☺

My estimation is based on Philippines price list. Not Europe or US. It's the price to build the house in Philippines. (Unfurnished) The price really depends on the country you are building it. Thanks for your comment. It helps my channel to grow.

Can't believe you suffered the size of the living room for patio in the front of the house, I say give it a porch with 2 chairs and small table for coffee an give it a reasonable living living room probably a regular size dining area!! Sad, sad!

My estimation is based in Philippines price list, not Europe or US. It's an estimation of the cost to build this house in Philippines (unfurnished). The price will really depend on the country you're building it.
