I loved the design.... wouldn't you make a house 7 x 25 with 3 bedrooms for me? The catch is that one of the 25m side is very close to the neighbors and we don't want any big windows on that side

As a European I don’t see the need to have 3 toilets and 2 full bathrooms in such a tiny house! Rather have less balcony and more storage and a shared bathroom.

Is there a reason why most of the design videos on youtube do not feature a lobby? Is that just not something common in America? If you life anywhere, where you have a cold or rainy season your whole house gets dirty basically and it´s just a major design flow in my opinion.

Not so keen on this layout for the following reasons. 1. I don't like the way the front door opens directly into the living room and you get a view of the kitchen straight away. There's no draught lobby and if you live in a colder climate you'd get cold air in your living room everytime the front door was opened. Also I think the living room area is too small for a 3 bedroom house. I would rather lose the upstairs balcony (which is huge in proportion to the house and a waste of space IMO) instead and put the master bedroom upstairs and have the current downstairs bedroom incorporated into the living room to give it more space. Then with the addition of a small draught lobby I think the layout would work much better.

It's a good design but it can be modified like you said. I'd first only have a powder room on the ground floor and move the master bedroom to the first floor. Which means the a second bathroom will be in the first floor by reclaiming some of that balcony space. Another option would be to have all 3 bedrooms on 1 st floor with no balcony and open up the living area on the ground floor with the possibly of a terrace/deck/patio.

Ο κάτω όροφος δεν μου αρέσει..είναι πολύ στενό το σαλόνι κουζίνα.ο καναπές για παράδειγμα είναι δίπλα από είσοδο κ απέναντι ει άι η πόρτα του δωματίου.για μένα όλο αυτό έπρεπε να ειναι το καθιστικό κ η κουζίνα κ.στο βάθος δεξιά ένα πιο μικρό δωματιο
