Always looking forward to your next videos! Could you make example/ excersise videos about contextual inquiry and concept testing? And how you do all of them in a 30-40 minute ish interview session?

Really want to know more about the interview questions part, like how can you identify the UI UX problems from them and how would you analyze the data after those interviews :) ?

How do you livestream the interview? I need that :O

Hi! Good question! Via Google Meets. You need to turn on a “livestream” capability within the calendar invite, and then it gives you the livestream links so that stakeholders can listen in to the interview without being in the meeting. Hope that helps!!

Oh yeah! Totally feel you! Note that it displays how many people are listening in 👂, so we definitely need to give the participant a heads up + explanation about this!

Did you pay or give any rewards to your interviewee?

Good question! Yup, in UX Research, we say we give incentives to interviewees to “incentivize” them to participate on our study. At my current company, we’ve been using a giftcard sendout company and allowing participants to choose any giftcard they want for the incentive.
