I love the updates they did. Also I recommend shelf stable milk for the beverage cooler if you need it. We get the individual horizon ones and it cools nicely in the beverage cooler! 🥛

It helps to put a bag of ice in the beverage cooler from the ice machine and refresh it daily. Keeps things nice and cold.

French Quarter has those coat racks over a bench since there’s a dresser. The shelf is KEY to keeping all our snacks out of reach of little ones 🤪

A lady on a Facebook asked for pictures of how people set up the 5th sleeper POR, so I recommended you. I knew you would have a video on just that, and bam you did. So funny you literally have a video on everything Disney 😝 And bonus we are staying in a 5th for half our trip in Oct, so super helpful as always 🤩

I used an accessible room in July 2024. NO STORAGE. I need an accessible room but I'm going back to the preferred regular room. A lot of storage here. Accessible room beds are low to the ground--hard on my back and no luggage storage underneath. Going to a room like this one in December.

I love this room -- I want to stay there eventually!! It's good to know the fold down sleeper bed is much tinier than expected.

Thank you for showing how you fit on the Murphy bed! My family (5 of us) will be staying in the 5th sleeper and as the shortest of the family, literally the exact same height as yourself, I've been wanting to see someone try this, as I'll be staying on it. I usually curl up when i sleep so thank god is should work

Ugh it still bothers me that Disney doesn't provide refrigerators to keep milk cold knowing thousands of children are in their parks on a daily basis.

I'm not sure if they do it at the moderates but at the Grand Floridian if you want them to take out the beverage cooler and give you a regular refrigerator they will. It's just something that you can ask for ahead of time and they will go ahead and swap it out and in fact you can mention that it was done at the GF for you.

Coat rack is for hanging backpacks, hat, Mickey ears and short things

Coat hooks are not commonly above the beverage station in these rooms! You have the odd one I think. Also, if you set the fridge dial all the way to cold and actually fill it with items it does get cold. We always get ice at the back of ours because it gets cold and we fill it with drinks!

You can buy a personal insulated lunch bag and fill it with ice for things that really need to be kept cold like milk and some juices for the kids it's just an option to add to that what you would do is leave the top of the insulated cooler open and cover it with ice but again the first bet would be just to reach out to the front desk and ask him to swap it out for that specific reason if you are traveling with an infant or a small child or if your child/adult has health rx, that needed to be refrigerated

I have little kids carribean beach has a fun pool and splash pad also a playground also the skyliner . Does this compare for littles

I love the Skyliner and am usually a big tropical fan but there is just something about Riverside that is amazing. My girls are also terrified of the splash pad at Caribbean with it's giant dumping bucket so that sadly isn't a draw for us at this point. Bonus here is some of the buildings have elevators where CB does not.
