I’d recommend a dehumidifier to help with drying your washing quicker in winter! We recently got one and omg it made such a difference! Big towels dry within one day 🤯

I’ve recently found your channel and binged so many of your vids on my other account. I think your great. I definitely don’t always do my washing up in the evening but then regret it every morning so well done haha. Just found your channel and really enjoying your videos! I was seriously impressed that you make the time to put the bath toys away!! I know it's important so they dry out properly but most of the time mine are still sitting there the next day when I go to have my shower 😅

Michelle Robinson books are so good, especially when jelly had a wobble. My little boy also loves goodnight digger, short, catchy and my lb never asks for more after it bc digger is going to bed too x

This routine looks a lot like mine, but we use the dishwasher (still takes ages to unload though!). Evenings are a slog - you’re doing amazingly well!!

A great Christmas book is the Jolly postman the Christmas version its so fun with letters and stuff but don't let George loose with it lol 😆 and we love the night before Christmas old fashioned story in our house around Christmas time xxxxxx

I’d recommend the “there’s a “” in my book” by Tom fletcher. There’s a few out now and they’re really good books. My little girls love them. I’ve brought them the elf version for when the elf arrives back! 😊

We’re big book worms here (son is 3 and our daughter is 7) but if you’re starting the book collection the Julia Donaldson books are great. Lots of rhyming and repetition through the book, my 3 year old joins in now when I read them.

I loved this - looks a lot like our nightly routine. My little girl loves the Jill Murphy stories at the minute - five minutes peace and just one of those days are the current faves! Slightly longer stories but not too much for a littie 💗 also I hate leaving the washing up or tidying until the morning too! I have the same reaction haha 😂

Get a Lakeland heated airer! It’s so good and only costs like 6p an hour so waaaay cheaper that a tumble dryer 🥰

Definitley the Julia Donaldson books... you can often get a few of them for around £20 in a set...Cave baby, Gruffalo, gruffalo child, squash and a squeeze, tallest giant, Charlie Cooks fav book etc... my little boy and girl love them! You do so well doing all your jobs then going to sleep.... I should do this but feel I need some me time so end up staying up too late!

And i totally know what you mean about feeling like you need me time - i tend to go to bed early in the week and then stay up later on the weekends when my husband is home for us time (usually falling asleep on the sofa lol) xxx

I wish my evening routine was like this. My toddler absolutely refuses to sleep anywhere but in bed with me, meaning I have to rush to bed at 7:30 with her and I get no time to myself 😢. I always find it so weird seeing ppl put their kid to bed then getting time to themselves. I’m like oh thats how normal ppl live then lol x

Its so important to get a little time to yourself ive worked with kids for 40yrs and it can be done with perseverance repeatedly putting them back to their own bed and not giving in.Good luck

Aw girl, i feel this - don;t get me wrong, there are nights that George won't go down and i sleep in his tiny toddler bed with him just for some peace and quiet!! It's hard, but i promise you'll get through it xxx

I do try to most of the time, or it is a bit of a battle hen i leave the room at the moment - but saying that, sometimes he'd cry for 2 mins and take himself off to bed anyway xxx
