After many years sitting on a chair, I learned the hard way how important stretching is, especially for my back. I do those same stretches as well every day. I would be very interested to see a followup stretching video.

Thank you so much! ❤️🫶 I’m really lucky, I was able to get a remote job working at a tech company. I’m a communications specialist so I do internal comms like our employee facing website, signage, etc! I would recommend looking into graphic design, website UX design courses and jobs that can let you work remote ❤️

Haha thank you, I know it’s a shocking and embarrassing thing to forget to do but I’m working on it!! Another thing that’s helping me is a habit tracker so ticking off a box every time I remember to do it… so silly I know but crazy how the small things can escape us
