Omg! I went to a solidcore class recently and it was AMAZING!! I was so nervous because it’s a smaller class and everyone there were regulars but the instructor was very motivating and interactive so it made the class easy and fun! I was literally shaking after the class and my whole body was sore for days but I’m so glad I went! 😊

I never really comment on videos but this just means so much. I have a bad relationship with food and struggle with eating so much. I have a hard time eating and allowing myself to have what I want when I’m hungry because I think I don’t deserve it but seeing you be so free and eating what you crave and want makes me so genuinely happy and gives me hope! I hope I can soon recover from my bad disordered habits and have a good relationship with food like you do because stressing about it just takes sm energy that I don’t even have. you have helped sm without knowing and I just wanted to say thank you! Made the protein crepes with black sesame almond milk and they were so yummy! Also, want to tell you how much saying ‘beasted’ at the end of my meals has helped my eating so much! I would usually feel a lot of stress around eating and not finish my meals. Now, I’m finishing everything I’m making so TYSM!! 🤍
