The Inhand salary which we get when compared to CTC is quite low because of the various components in the package which I have discussed in this short. I hope this shorts will be helpful for the student to know the exact reality behind these fancy Packages.

Nahi bhai ye sirf 1st year ctc hai agle saal bahut saare cheeze jaise bonus, shares vagera nhi milenge (milenge but vo sirf first year ctc ka hi part hoga) This is called inflating ctc. Actually agle saal se 13 lakh sw sirf thoda hi jyada milega

Don't follow this coding path Instead start preparing for govt Jobs It gives you inner pleasure and then after getting a job you will be at the top of the world. Because In Government survive after 45 is Smooth where as in this industry you will suffer because your ability to code will be lesser than new comings and you have other commitments family and others and if you go into management you will surely suffer like hell so no need to hii to coding!! How many hours you will put into coding that doesn't matter you will still lay off!!

Only if you have your own clinic.. otherwise an average salary of a doctor doing job in a private hospital is around 50k And an average engineer earns more than that

Okay, so variable pay hai 14 Lakhs ka, jo ki 32 LPA ka ek component hai. Ab yeh 14 lakh apko performance ke basis pe wapas denge, 2-3 saal pure karne pe thoda thoda karke wapas denge. Toh phir agar 1st of joining mein yeh variable pay agar total LPA se minus ho gaya hai, toh har saal thodi hi na minus karenge!! Kyuki, 1st year mein minus karke apko total amount (i.e. 14 Lakhs) 3-4 saalo mein wapas lota rahe hai, toh har saal minus karke 3-4 saal mein kaise lotaenge??

Bonuses I think initial year mei fixed hota hai and baad mei performance based ho jata hai. Means it's not fixed.

Baaki expense kon ginega. Bangalore mei tax hi 20 to 30 k per month hoga. Phir food, uber, wifi/internet, groceries, miscellaneous expenses aur lga lo per month.

Bro u can get above 30 LPGA’s packages from tier 3 colleges because in cse u don’t need physics n chem knowledge or any advance mathematics. My cousin got 45lpa package in tier 3 College n yes he was the only one in the whole college to get that package but it’s actually worth ur time studying PCM if u don’t hv interest
