Tragedy struck on 2 June 2023 near Balasore, Odisha, as a devastating incident unfolded. The unfortunate event involved a collision between three trains, namely the Coromandel Express and the SMVT Bengaluru-Howrah SF Express, triggered by an initial accident involving a goods train near the Bahanaga Bazar station. The date 2 June 2023 was a black day as I lost my father that day due to stroke and many others lost their near and dear ones in this accident. One of my roommates was in the Howrah express who witnessed the accident and escaped miraculously with minor injuries on his leg

The research and presentation was quite good and informative. But Bahanaga Bazaar Railway Station comes under SER - South Eastern Railway not ECoR which is known East Coast Railway. So SER is completely responsible for this accident despite several reminders from CAG. Recently CBI has taken Mr. Aamir Khan from West Bengal, who is currently appointed as the Assistant Section Engineer (E&TC) at Soro Station for the interogation. Let's see what results are coming out in this case. Once again hats off to the local people for their immediate response and selfless service. 👏👏❤❤

Ignoring several CAG warnings since 2017-18, unchecking the track safety measures, unused 20000crore funds, 3L vacant jobs (when crores of youth are still unemployed), nautanki of giving poses in kavach and vande Bharat posters for publicity stunts, zero importance given to public safety, all these will be ignored in CBI investigations and someone else will be made scapegoat. Absolute ignorance for public safety and zero work done in ground reality. Ashwini should resign immediately he has even 1% of human sense and shamelessness.

I am Bhubaneswar, Odisha. After this incident happens, I have been research everything's. Haven't found any single video where all the information was provided in a single video. Different videos having different stories. But, in your video it was so nicely explained and the animation was so awesome. 16:14 A correction. ECR in the table corresponds to East Central Railway. ECoR was in the table but in the video mistakenly the ECR was highlighted. But, Bahanaga Bazaar station comes under South Eastern Railway (SER). Nevertheless, rest all is well explained.

From my Village there are still 4 people missing, they were on the same train and 3 others are missing from other village 😢. Those ,who have returned without any injuries are saying that govt is hiding the data of the dead bodies. They are assuming that total number of deaths is beyond 1100.

My father is ex local train Pilot (LPP) promoted to express train Pilot (LPM) promoted to Chief Loco Inspector (CLI) and retired . He used to work for 9+ hours and yes it's true that IR has a shortage of employees. Also too much money wasted on unnecessary things (like Vande Bharat) and not spending a single rupee on necessary things like safety training , safety equipment etc. From point A to point B , average speed matters and not the top speed . Even WAG7 can hit Speed like 160kmph but most of the places it runs on 110. If hygiene and everything is maintained then our conventional racks are good too. There was no need for Vande Bharat .

15:43 Correction: Bahanaga Bazar comes under South Eastern Railway's (SER) Kharagpur Rail Division not under East Coast Railway (ECoR). The jurisdiction of ECoR starts from Bhadrak station towards Bhubaneswar under Khordha Rail Division.

If Bahanga is not under ECoR then the shortfall for not using USFD is not 100%. CAG report shows 4-42% for SER and again it will be incorrect to say that Track recording cars was not used since 2017.

Honestly, from morning till night i used to watch AAJ TAK TV channel to understand what caused this accident . I didn't understand NOTHING about the cause of this accident. Only after watching your video and beautiful explanation i understood now 🙏 And good animations also helped understanding better.
