One my relatives, a seasoned IT professional, never expected the pink slip on his desk one gloomy morning. The IT firm he had devoted 20 years to was downsizing, and at the age of 42, that person found himself among the casualties. As he ventured back into the job market, he quickly realized that his age was a roadblock. Employers seemed more interested in fresh-faced graduates who could code at breakneck speeds and work long hours. His extensive experience, once his pride, now worked against him. Sirf 50% taxable nai hoti, you can skip book keeping(accounting) and have to pay min 50% if earning solely in foreign currency but for remaining 50% you liable to show expense if some enquiry will be there in future

Remote job are very very limited for freshers and without employment visa no one can work remotely. I am having a experience in recruting IT peoples for US clients any I watched this scenario very closely no one can work remotely from India for US clients always they want your H1B and check your travel history definitely they found yourself defaulter. and specially fresher hiring for remote position is very less even 20 years of people can't work remotely from India for US clients.

Someone please guide me. I am from a non btech/ bca/mca background ( general bsc in pcm ). I want to learn devOps and get hired. Is it even possible without a cs degree? If yes, how ? Should I consider mca to gain a technical degree and therefore be eligible for the interviews? I request everyone of you to please guide me on this.
