This bill seeks to amend the empowering RTI Act by changing the tenure and salaries of information commissioners as per the wish of the center govt. In this video, I analyse what this RTI Amendment Bill really means for the institution as a whole and what impact it will have on the transparency provided to citizens. People don't even know their rights and other serious problem is , we prefer powerful and famous peoples whether they are from any background (funky type people, celebrities, smuggler, builders etc) over intelligent and hardworking people coz we don't find it cool... Ex: In college/university's elections we usually don't prefer a candidate who is good in academics, or who is gentle, coz we found them nerdy type... And from here degradation of a country starts, coz these good people will work as IAS/ govt officials under those people who had work of election promotional works only in college.. Ex: Manmohan Singh, kejriwal, we don't find them eligible for politics.. And those useless politicians make fun of these kind of people, and we enjoyed it..🙏🙏

RTI में जानकारी न देने पर जुर्माने की राशि 25,000 से बढ़ाकर 1 लाख रू. होना चाहिए। (2) आवेदनकर्ता द्वारा प्रथम व द्वितीय अपील करने पर कोई चार्ज नहीं लगना चाहिए। (3) आवेदनकर्ता द्वारा सेवा पुस्तिका(Service Book) में दर्ज की जाने वाली शिकायत पर संबंधित विभाग, कार्यालय और अधिकारी व कर्मचारी पर कठोर कार्यवाही का नियम होना चाहिए।

I will say, RTI should have freedom. But same time, right to privacy should exist, no body should have right to know about numbers which make someone stand out from others. It's not necessary that one party system results in less progress. Just take the example of China. The party was great and it was good to have a one party system as the country was in good hands. Now you can just admire the Chinese.
