You have to research a bit more about Thunder Bay, as it is the biggest city in Northwestern Ontario. Explore tbay during this time of summer and you can give better feedback about this place (since you came here in May). Mention some job-searching tricks and tips. And, the city hall area is not as bad as it sounds, just make sure you mind your own business and do not bother anyone.
