Man I really wish I had a dad like Roman. The way he encourages his kids to be the best of themselves, the way he treats his wife, and just how he is as a all around person. It all reflects on to how his family is as individuals. I’m disabled and go to the gym twice a week- the important thing is to do it for fun don’t think of it as work. Always bring someone else with you and it’ll be a lot easier.

I feel you about the gym thing, Noah. I don’t know if it’s a possibility down and out there in Ohio, but I go to a climbing gym that offers a weight room on top of bouldering which I find is a good way to open the mind and be active and get some mobility.
