Great video! I’m going to try this method except I’ll use avocado oil on the steaks - It has a higher 520° smoke point. And I’ll try flipping the steaks every 30 seconds instead of rotating every 30 then flipping once after 90 seconds - This should give the steaks a cleaner sear without charring the meat. It means that their wagyu meat needs only be 45% wagyu...not 100% like in japan.. to be called wagyu...
