Not sure about the real sucessor of R8P 😎 - should be R9PP I think 🤷. 134 hours GSMA battery test 🔋 is a good result 👍.

Instead of going 120 Hz LCD panel they should have gone 99 Hz amoled Also instead of going 3 cameras with bad quality they focus do one camera with better quality .

My realme 5 pro - yes I still have it along with other devices is equal in speed to the realme 9 pro, except for a few differences here and there. I can't understand a company doing this along with charging more for their devices. This is why people hang on to their devices for so long.

Please do a review of Vivo Y33s, it's getting Android 12 update at the end of March, maybe post update you can do, I'm telling this because it's one phone which was widely launched and the first budget phone with 50 MP main camera and 8 GB RAM.

Same LCD panel as the Poco X3 looks like. I'd still pick the Redmi Note 10 Pro tbh, Amoled and dual speakers are important to me.

There was a guy who did the review before in this channel, his voice is really smooth listen to. I suggest to use a better presenter as voice of the presenter makes a huge difference in the video.

Would rather have a good lcd than a cheaper AMOLED for that exact reason.. many people think AMOLED is best.. overall yes but the cheap ones with burn in issues there's quality LCDs that surpass them.

Get the pro + instead. The pro doesn't have the Flagship Sony camera sensor selling at the mid range price and it doesn't have the fancy blue colour as the Pro + too. The Pro is a good mid range phone but if you have bought a good mid range phone in the last two years then the pro isn't reason enough to upgrade yet.

Unless its 10 bit lcd display, amoled will always look better. So this is a downgrade.

Just don't get it, they using amoled and then switch to Ips again! and how this phone can be pro? it doesn't even let you record 4k 30fps even the chipset is powerful enough. Im using asus zenfone 5 2018 powered by only snapdragon 636 and it can record 4k. Its 2022 and 1080p only option not worth the money.

Here from India... I do not know why reviewers never really talk about the SIM tray design, maybe a country specific requirement I guess. Realme 9Pro+ has been around in promotions n reviews but nobody is talking about this... Looking to get a 5G phone to upgrade from Realme6Pro , it comes down to OnePlus Nord CE2 and Realme 9Pro but 9Pro has hybrid sim tray as most spec sheets say and that too, merely by reading not checking. but the official sale partner in India lists otherwise on their site.. Seems nobody is bothered to tell consumers the truth

really? i think all realme has this firm and soft mode fingerprint unlocking, and firm touch unlocks the phone in one firm touch, (clicking the power button at the same time with your finger pressing the button at the right angle) because in the video you did it the wrong way.( i know this video is old and i cant help commenting)

Specs wise only 2 down side, screen panel AMOLED to IPS and 108mp to 64mp. For me Realme 9P > Realme 8P, newer chip, bigger battery, better refresh rate, bigger screen and 5G.

No Gyro-EIS and 4K or 1080P 60fps!... A big Pass!, I like recording videos while walking or Driving my motorcycle and car, so that i need a phone with Gyro-EIS or OIS. This phone is just for casual usage, not for budget Vloggers or Videographers. I guess I'll just wait for Realme Q3 to be available and I'm planning to buy a new phone either next month or before my birthday. For now, I'll just stick to my Redmi Note 9s.

Understandable changes I'd say. Going LCD for a higher refresh rate targets a slightly different audience while there's still the choice of the Realme 8 line. Writing this on a Realme 8. I personally wouldn't go back to lcds now that I've experienced oled, however a higher refresh rate is very intriguing even if I'm not into mobile gaming at all for obvious reasons. If the camera didn't have that inaccurate warm tint and instead they had fixed their oversaturated and oversharpened processing it would be very interesting (even if I personally am a control freak who always edits RAWs regardless of the situation). If it was up to me, I'd get rid of the macro camera completely (since the 64mp mode can give you much better results you can crop) and I'd either upgrade the ultrawide or even the main lens on top of improving Realme's image processing.

So basically it's another generic 20:9 phone... At this point I'm going to have to keep my Mi Max 3 for eternity 😮 seriously why don't they make more 6.9" 18:9 with audio jack and expandable memory is that so hard to ask or at the very least why don't they just take that current design and just simply update it for 2022??? We're literally at the point where all of these phones literally all look the same regardless of the provider for the most part it's embarrassing

In short, Realme 9pro is a downgrade to Realme 8pro. LCD instead of Amoled SD695 instead of SD720 Plus, 8pro had quite capable camera.
