AN iPAD IS NOT A BIG iPHONE. Tablets in midrange are just BIG phones😌.. all manufacturers should focus on making custom softwares for tablets, focused towards productivity even if it raises the price 10-20%

Non techy people don't care about the software while buying a tablet (Or mobile). They just look at the specs to price ratio and buys it. And thts wht every Chinese manufacturers does!!

@@htimus true for phones, not really true for tablets. People like apps that are well made for tablet and so far only iPads have good apps that use that bigger display, on android tabs the biggest problem is apps just enlarge everything which basically makes buying an android tab useless, if you want to use it for scrolling through social media, or even KZfaq

People really need to stop calling it Overpriced! There is no good tablet in the price segment Realme has nailed it and realme Pad is the best Android Tablet around 10-20k

Totally agree with Abhinav. There are no good tablets out there. The closest one is Lenovo's 21k tablet which has helio p22t which is a trash processor and no AMOLED display.

Realme's chance to capture the market. There is not much competition in this range. If this is a good one, it will establish Realme as a leader in the range. But if it is a bad product, other brands will not think twice to launch a better tab in this range.

@@CPM94 If some one gives you better hardware you complain about their UI and if someone gives u better ui and hardware (oneplus) you say it's overpriced and iphone is too far away for indian mindsets Xiaomi is better in hardware offerings because indians concentrate on pricepoint and specs.If you have complaints on software don't ever update a midrange phone or flash a custom rom .We shouldn't humiliate someone who is understanding indian buyers better is Xioami

I was actually thinking to go for it but i thought the UI would be same as Realme UI for phones. I appreciate stock android but on a tablet features like mini window, floating windows are much required. Realme has done a great job with Realme UI 2.0 in respect to multitask, would've liked that implementation here. Maybe they'll improve this further on, then it'd be something surely.

If you’re not tight on budget restriction better get iPad base variant for 30k with A13 bionic it will last easily for 4 years I am using iPad Air 2 with A8 bionic launched in 2014 its still good for Media consumption and iOS 15 update coming to it may be the final version update.

I don't know why Xiaomi keeps launching phones every month but won't launch actual products we demand.

The single reason why Xiaomi doesn't launch tablets in India is because of the iPad , you can pick 1-2 gen old iPad for 25k and it comes with Apple A series processor and they last for easy 5 years, compared to the average 3 years for android. To make a decent android tablet it would cost 20k minimum and that to putting a 700 series sd processor is tough and people who are willing to spend 20k on tablets are likely to spend 5k more to get the iPad. There might be few enthusiasts who would pick android over Apple but that's not enough sales it is a niche

Oh man, that video clip from the front camera is superb! I guess it will be fine for video calling. It is a good device for the price; let's see whether it disrupts the tablet market in this region or not. Realme is on a role now for sure!

I would like a tablet with Snapdragon 678 atleast, and definitely AMOLED display. Because main function is productive task, media consumption online class. So even a good selfie camera needed, no matter how rear camera is.

Hi, i want to use this with stylus for creating digital art. though it doesnt comes with one but if i do get stylus from market it should support .. if you have one , could you please update on the quality of strokes. also if you could suggest your favorite apps for creating digital art. if you have any other device for the job , please do advice.

Is vibration not available in Realme Pad? I couldn't find any vibration options to enable Haptic Feedback. Then I realised that there's even no mode to set this tablet on Vibration mode.

@@joseff_lfk chromebooks run on chrome os which is not as light as tablet/phone UI but it is still relatively light. its almost like a tablet on a laptop so you dont really need a high end processor. the celerons on the asus chromebooks work well for what it is

I wasn't interested in this tablet at first, but I would be willing to buy it as is if there was a 8" version. I'm pretty close to buying an iPad Mini and I hate iOS. Android manufacturers have only released crappy 8" tablets with 4 year old performance. There is one decent Huawei one, but it's stuck on Android 9.
