I am not able to take out the sim tray with the sim ejector pin, I have replaced the device as well thinking it was a defect but I am facing the same issue again.. can someone help?

Is your problem solved? If not then you can use the technique which I used so basically you put the sim pin on spot then taking the pad just press it a little hard on a flat surface you will surely succeed I saw it in a video and tried it too It works really nicely 😊
