August has this ability to be really - I don't know how else to describe it - intimate with her models without it ever feeling sordid, like she's playing up to the male gaze or fetishistic crowd. A lot of ASMRtists make videos where it feels as though they're playing on that kind of girl-on-fantasy, but August manages to just make it very natural and comfortable, like there's real trust and friendship between them, which makes it so much more enjoyable and tingly.

Your scalp can have moles on it. Also, a skin specialist can be an esthetician & not necessarily a doctor. You can also train to be a trichologist as well. As August states on her channel & this video, this is ASMR roleplay, not real life. Nothing she does in the video should be taken as her actually providing medical diagnosis or advice.
