you can just guess the code by bruteforcing. I think it’s a 4-digit PIN, so you should get in within a few minutes to a few hours.

thats means that roblox reset the email that was in your lost account to the email your currently using the email you recieved this message in you now all you need to do is change the password and then you would be able to log into your roblox account
