What stood out to me the most in this video, is that “George Lopez” joke about the two rules in a Latino’s household, that was truly heartbreaking for me to hear 💔😢 and after hearing the that, I’m slowly not feeling him anymore as a comedian but I do wish him all the best in all his future endeavors in life. Ps: Black folks can never catch a break no matter what And I hope one day Latino’s understand you all are not “white” and when there is no blacks for the whites to pick on you all do fall into the category of being discriminated (I’m just saying).

Underwood has made herself look really bad. And as far as the Meghan Markle thing, I don't believe Markle myself. I think Markle was looking for sympathy so she pulled the race thing. To me that's funny because Marco is not black, she is barely beige.But Sheryl Underwood jumps in acting all black and supportive only because of the derisive, Sambo, nappy hair comments made previously. She was just trying to get back in black people's good graces. She even went as far as wearing her natural hair. When that didn't work She went back to her European hair weaves and performing her minstrel show. And it looks like she has no problems with flat out lying

I met her, backstage, one time while working a comedy show as a photogrpaher. She has no business engaging in a conversation with me about “who” I am working for and “do you have a release form?” when I already had a signed agreement with the promoters and I told her that she’d ‘have to talk to them, not me…’ Then she told the promoters that she “didn’t want (me) him to take any pictures (of her.” That was fine with me. I had already received my check. She didn’t say hello, or even try to introduce herself.

I didn't understand her comment about Heidi saving her childrens' hair. She sounds like the average parent that would cherish a piece of their child's newly cut hair. I hear about parents doing this all of the time especially if their child has always had a headful of hair and this is their first haircut. She could have kept her "joke" that time.

My late husband was a comedian, and I remember when he tried to open up for Sheryl Underwood back in the 2000s in our hometown. He was told that she didn't want black comedians opening for her. I totally stopped being a fan after I learned that. So the comment about the natural hair didn't surprise me.

If you look back at Underwood's early days in comedy on BET, even her comedy screamed LOW SELF-ESTEEM. So it's not surprising to hear her comment about the hair. Self- hate is a REAL thing. 💔

I agree. I didn't really had a problem with her before she threw Sharon Osborne under the bus with accusing her of sticking up for Pierce saying that he is a racists concerning his comments on Meagan Markle. If someone of one race doesn't like another of a different race for any reason, to Sheryl the person is racist. The true story is that both Sharon and Pierce are English and old-time friends. Apparently Pierce had a crush on Meagan in the earlys . He said it was he who introduced Meagan to Prince Harry. However, she was not interested in Him, but Harry. So Pierce seemed hurt. Sheryl should have done her homework before accusing someone of racist or whatever. I am not a fan of Sharon Osborne, however, she made Sharon cried on the air with such accusations. Sheryl needs to pay attention about how she relates to others, seriously. She should have discussed the issue with Sharon privately instead of bringing this out in the open.

Not Morgan and he spent a lot of time talking ish about Meghan because she didn't want to date him. He was butt hurt. So they both needed to do a little research Sharon should not have been trying to defend Pierce but at the same time Cheryl didn't have to try to crush her on national TV either. But both ladies have a tendency to be shady😑

Yeah, I'd agree with that. Coming from the background she lived through, finding self esteem and self love can be very difficult. So putting on what you think others think looks good can definitely be a symptom of that. Sheryl reminds me of my niece. She was a beautiful girl and woman, but because of what we experienced growing up, she always thought she was ugly. She used everything...fake nails, fake hair and fake eye color contacts. i truly beleive that this is a huge part of why we lost her last Xmas.

I live here...🙋🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️. Thats why Sheryl Underwood...speaks the way she does about colorism/featurism, too. Im surprised...how tough her skin is...cause many black women would have given up, a longtime ago.

I think she feels that we as the Black Community has turned our backs on her early on in her career (and in life by bullying), so she's going where she feels "accepted or tolerated" .. I hate that, but I really believe that's how she feels, and who's to say that is not Her experience and Her Truth! I hope we can honestly have the conversation and have mutual healing one day, because Sheryl and all of us (Black community) has been hurt, and hurt people hurt people, it goes both ways! I feel Sheryl is a nice person, just a wounded and rejected soul.

Lopez doesn't speak for all Latino households,just his.When I was in the army,stationed at Ft Bliss,Tx,in 2001,I dated a very pretty,mexican woman named Laura Martinez. She had 3 pre-teens,they liked me a lot!!! LOL.And I them,one day they asked their mother in front of me if I was going to be their dad. I felt flattered and honored,i visited them after work hours and my days off. I loved their mom and her kids.Asked her to marry me,but she didn't want to travel all over the place,especially leaving El Paso.She didn't want to leave her mother & father.I understood,but got orders to new assignment,time to leave.I was treated very well in El Paso,not many black people there tho.At first we were getting a lot of stares in public,black man with mexican family,but once people saw me often,it stopped.Well,enough of my past,army days,just thought I 'd say my piece.
