Police like short cuts in their investigations, this is a classic example of a very poorly investigated case that should never have been presented in court, that prosecution witness has been dismantled by the lawyer and ended up looking like an idiot in the dock

He's a good lawyer, yes, abt the pistol ✅ ,however the photos questions was directed to a wrong witness. Csi(crime scene investigator n He's witness too) is available for those question. Secondly the prosecutor left the witness vulnerable, he ought to have objected and redirected the court. In short; the questions were relevant but not admissible.
