It seems like every digital platform has a housing category clause that does not allow you to geo-target a single neighborhood. The smallest coverage area is city wide or 20kms (ish). If there are no bus benches available or they cost too much - what platform canm we use to target a single neighborhood? ...with the intent of showing people my face, name and phone number repeatedly.
