TRIGGER WARNING -- SATANIC RITUAL ABUSE.
-
EXCLUSIVE: In an on camera quest to find healing, satanic ritual abuse and familial sex trafficking survivor Mary Knight, MSW, speaks to Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, author of NYT best seller "The Body Keeps the Score." He responds with compassion and helpful advice.
In this 2022 expanded version of Knight's personal documentary, False Memory Syndrome Foundation leaders are questioned. The False Memory Syndrome Foundation was founded in 1992 for the purpose of convincing society that recovered memories are not true. Knight remembered her abuse in 1993, when she was in her 30's.
In this film, FMSF board member Dr. Elizabeth Loftus acknowledges that she was sexually abused at the age of six, and yet discounts the harm caused by child sexual abuse.
FMSF board member Dr. Loren Pankratz states, "No matter what happens to a child under the age of three, he won't remember and, therefore, won't be affected by it." Pankratz gives as an example a two-year-old boy seeing his parents being murdered.
The film follows Knight's healing journey and ends on a positive note. Please share and join the discussion.

"If people aren't going to believe 53 year old me, then who is going to believe a child?" Let that sink in. How many kids have spoken up and not been believed or just ignored? It's terrifying to think of. It reminds me of the Hampstead case. Those poor children and their mother were not believed or purposely silenced.

i was not sexually abused, but my narc mother said, no, hes good and kind!, when i mentioned what an evil person he was(my brother). he f**ked her over royally over the yrs, disrespects her all over the place and lets his wife do the same in spades. i think she may deserve it after the way she allowed our dad to treat us and her psychotic behavior, but still. he could at least be a little more attentive, but still. my mom and a few sibs have managed to do a smear campaign on me and i have been treated w/ coldness by ppl that WOULD NEVER BELIEVE that the parents can be so evil.

I was ruined from sexual childhood abuse. I had my teeth pulled out with pliers, told I looked like a prositute, whipped with extention cords and to tip it off zero emotional support while eduring this as a child. My abusers were the men in the family. Today at 49 I am now a successful artist and have wonderful female friends and my beautiful pets. However I cannot form healthy relationships with men or have children. The amount of low self esteem, debilating depression has robbed my adult life. I still have such bad days that I simply cant get out of bed. Sexual abuse trauma is real!

Same thing for me. I always knew I had a shit childhood. The man that did it was abusive in every way. Violent to women and kids . Just a really awful monster . I ended up having substance misuse at such a young age. It was how I coped with life in my house. They did the job of helping me forget. I never forgot the violence but I did forget the sexual abuse. Years later , bang, there it is. All the memories came in fast and furious. I did have a break down. Had to go to hospital under the care of psychiatry. At the time it was god awful but i figured out what had been triggering me all these years. Now I can deal with it better. I believe it happened because my brain thought it was time. I must have just been ready to deal with it . I do believe that happens a lot of people.

I have a friend who was brainwashed by her therapist that she had been sexually abused by her mother. She had no memory of it but began to believe the ‘memories’ that her therapist had suggested. The therapist is the one who was sexually abusing her. Her case went to trial and the therapist was found guilty. It’s a very fine line.

My autistic son was raped by the city pool cleaner. Only then did all the resistance by the police department make some sense. Not. The survivors add to the work they do. But no. As a survivor I can attest that repressed memories are real. Some memories always stayed with me but some came back slowly without counselling. I don't know if all the memories came back but what I have have always been the same and never deviated. Unless a person has lived with it, no one can really understand the impact abuse has on a survivor. My comment to those who declare that repressed memories do not exist should try walking in a survivor's shoes.

The psychologist in the beginning was a piece of work. What the hell did she expect to see, the footage from a hidden camera when children were being abused? I don't understand why she was even interviewed for this. I wonder about the skeletons in HER closet. Why is she defending child abusers??? I was abused by my father who died at 38, of a heart attack. His nieces and nephews think he walked on water, and I can't tell them the truth. They would blame me and accuse me of lying. But I know that 10 days before his unexpected death, I had raised my shaking hands to heaven, and with tears streaming down my face I said "God please. Help." 10 days later he died of a blood clot un his aorta. 19:48

It was immediately clear to me listening to Eleanor Goldstein that she was trying to discredit these claims as a way to protect someone she was close to, who she knew had committed this type of abuse. Those who subscribe to the Talmudic system of beliefs believe that they are not doing anything wrong because their book tells them crimes against particular children aren't crimes and if they occur before the age of three then it doesn't count. I had a repressed memory of sexual abuse with my dad. My doc would ask me questions about sexual abuse & I always started to cry & say no. She would say, “if it didn’t happen why are you crying”?. I would say, I don’t know. She talked me into seeing a PTSD counselor and I told her what I remembered. My dad wasn’t included at that time as I didn’t remember. There was much abuse after my dad but I still repressed much of it. The counselor told me that I had PTSD ( I didn’t know what that was) & that she could help me. I didn’t want to go. She called me & offered me a $ deal, bcz she thought I had a money problem. I didn’t want to waste my time in her office lol. Years after my dad died I had a memory of my dad molesting me. I sobbed forever. I was in disbelief! When I turned 50 I became very angry. Today I’m 58 & I have learned a way to shut my heart from loving a man so I won’t have my heart crushed ever again! I don’t believe there’s a such thing as being healed, only coping.

The huge complicating factor in childhood abuse is the fact that we are abused at the hands of (very often) the only people we depend on for our care. We often have nowhere else to turn and, if we do tell, we discover that, if our parents are confronted, our position becomes even more precarious and the abuse just continues or escalates, with threats of abandonment, violence and even death. How could a child, in such circumstances, speak out again? How retraumatising it is not to be believed by counsellors and therapists.

When the lady was asking her a time period, she just said “young to teenage years” and the Dr. Acted like she was lying. When I finally came out and told my parents it had happened, (25 years later) they asked me when it started…I couldn’t give them an answer. They asked me when it ended. I couldn’t give them an answer. My mind completely blocked out all of the trauma. I just remember flashes and encounters. The human brain is fascinating. *edit to add the cousin was recently arrested for possession of child p*rnography. Over 8,000 photos. I was satanically ritualisticly abused by a group of people who in the daytime were a church group. I was a small child. I repressed all of the abuse from my childhood until I was about 35 years. It’s amazing how the human brain “protects” survivors of abuse by repressing traumatic memories. Our bodies and our minds are truly resilient, self-preserving organisms. The downside is that often people engage in self destructive behaviours and/or suffer from mental illness (as a response to trauma) without knowing why or where this originated. Healing begins when we address trauma, but it needs to be addressed at a time when the survivor is ready to do so. People like Mary are extraordinarily brave for sharing their experiences and spreading awareness. Wishing her and other survivors healing and nurturing ❤.

As a psych grad I am fucking floored by how many dangerous mental health "professionals" out there. I do not mean for this to sound bigoted but please consider younger professionals, we really do want to help and have been taught to be extra sympathetic and TRUST people when they have the courage to seek out help and the beautiful vulnerability of telling us their stories. Idc at first if your memory is false. If it is effecting you in the real world, it is real enough to be addressed. And if it is a false memory, we will get to the bottom of it and be grateful for our overactive imagination that is trying so hard to keep us prepared and safe for the worst outcome. Please please research your therapists and psychiatrists, they (should) do the same for each client. Never settle for a professional who is not empathetic and not working for your best interests. We get such a bad rap, but I honestly care for each individuals experience, and I know at least 100 women and a few men I graduated with who feel the same. We are becoming more loving, please give us a chance. We know young professionals seem undertrained sometimes, but these old ideas of mental health are not holding up. Find a professional who does not just care about mental health, but that loves humanity and is determined to serve and help it.

Please know that as evil, dark, lonely, frustrating, scary, and unfair things and people can be- the opposite is also true- there IS good, light, friendship, rest, peace, and justice, and love. God does not desire for all this darkness and evil to occur and I can assure you, He is coming to make things right. The Bible tells us to pray that God's will be done on earth as it is in heaven because many times His will is not being done, but instead, Satan's and mankind's. God wants to heal you of this trauma and give you new life through Him. He has better plans for you and can use your life to heal others. May you feel the tangible presence of the Lord Jesus and be whole. 🙏🏻

I'm so sorry for the trauma you've survived. Thank You for sharing your first-hand testimony concerning these atrocities that are still occurring in this "modern, civilized society". How does that saying go? Something like "you can tell the nature of a society based on how they treat their most vulnerable members"? Let's resolve to do EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER to finally end child brutality IN OUR LIFETIME. As adults, we have a responsibility to ourselves as well as to future generations.

I have memories since about age 4. How I found this out was looking at pictures. One specific picture It was my 4th birthday and I remember being very mad.( i recall being angry often as a child, mostly at my mother) i remember opening presents and everyone watching me i got so mad i broke the necklace i had gotten from my grandma in front of everyone. I found a picture of that day and i was crying while on a carousel. I still struggle with anger as an adult. I wont go into details of why but the trauma defefintly catches up as you get older. 👀

I'm wondering if she was trying to protect me from something but she couldn't really. Bad shit happened. You triggered that memory and now I understand why I would've done that. When I was 9 yrs old, I was hospitalized for physical abuse for more than a month. My Aunt took me to St. Joseph's hospital. I remember being Very scared because "people" was asking me questions & taking pictures. I was very small & I was placed in a crib. My mother was arrested, as of today at 57 yrs old, I have no clue what happened to her. What things I can recall is my father putting a 50 cent piece in my hand (I used to suck my thumb). Later, he said I couldn't come live with him. The case worker I guess asked if I "wanted" to return to my mother & my response was an immediate No! I believe that was my 1st memory, the knowledge that I couldn't trust my father. And to be fair, my Step-Mother was pregnant with their 1st child & she was high risk. There are SO many, many things that occurred in my life yet I have One truism: GOD Loves Me & YOU Too!

Your father put a 50 cent piece in your hand. You sucked your thumb. Okayy. What might that mean to you? Did he perhaps give you the coin to award you or incentivize you to not suck your thumb? Parents give their kids money for candy or the ice cream truck. 🤷‍♀️ If your father WAS sexually abusing you, why would he turn down the opportunity to let you live with him? You make these two examples sound like you have him all figured out, but they actually reveal...nothing.

I don't remember most of my childhood, I believe I may have been abused sexually based on what I did to myself as a young girl. Including pretending my barbies would rape each other when I was around 5-6 years old. I don't remember doing it but my mother told me I used to spank my dolls and put them in a corner, which was usually my punishment, so I think I acted things out done to me through my dolls. I never told my mom that I used to make the Ken doll rape the barbie dolls. I am just using this as one of the milder examples, I did things to myself a child should not even know to do. It took me a long time to realize I should have never done those things as a kid, and coming to realize my emotional problems as an adult, and that I have borderline personality disorder have made me think about my childhood. I believe I know who probably did it, but he's been dead for 6 years. Honestly, if what I suspect happened, did happen, I don't want to know. I don't want to remember. My mind sealed away those memories for a reason. I hope I never remember.

This is an incredible, raw, story of healing and forgiveness. The forgiveness part is what has been holding back my own true healing. When I saw the part where Mary was speaking to her mother at her grave, how she recognizes that her own childhood was fraught with trauma which Mary states prevented her from giving Mary the childhood she deserved. (note: not verbatim) That struck me silent and I had to pause the video to contemplate. You see it was my mother who abused and traumatized me from literally newborn; she did things to me I hid from myself until I was well into my forties (I am 56 now) and still recovering memories and images of my abuse. Just when I think I've got the timeline down, another or more memories get released,, and I have to go back and do it all again. I long to confront my mother while she is still alive with my truth she worked so hard that "I will never remember". I did get an opportunity, through a third party, so she knows I know but she doesn't know how much I know...which frustrates me to no end. I recognize that I am the product of generational abuse, she didn't wake up one day and decide to abuse me: it was taught to her. Even knowing that, I struggle with forgiveness for everything that she stole from me.

Let's talk about actual abusers. For example, Dr. Fraser Morris. Morris Fraser was a psychiatrist specializing in childhood trauma; theory and therapy. Dr. Fraser was in fact THE childhood trauma specialist in his day, and his 1974 book; "Children In Conflict" was considered to be a #1 resource for anyone studying-researching traumatized children or providing therapy to them. In that book, Morris Fraser advocated a specific form of therapy for children exposed to/ trapped in war zones; therapeutic "vacations" in some idylic setting far from their homes and the conflict zone. Dr. Fraser practiced this "therapy" on several 12-14 year old boys from Belfast (The Troubles); some he took on a trip to his London flat where he forcibly sexually assaulted them, others he referred for sailing trips to "Azimuth Trust" - a pedophile ring which took young boys on month-long sailing ventures, where the only adults were the pedophiles who ran it and sailed the boats. Forced to be naked throughout much of this imprisonment on the seas, photographed that way, and repeatedly sodomized by all the adults aboard. Morris Fraser was a convicted child sex abuser, on both sides of the ocean (US and the UK), AND a member of the pedophile lobby group "P.I.E." in England. And he was the pre-eminent expert on childhood trauma, in his time. I have no idea, how many trials of persons accused of child sexual abuse, where Dr. Loftus appeared as an expert witness for the defense, resulted in conviction of the accused. But I can tell you with certainty, that the modern origins of childhood trauma theory & therapy are stained by CONVICTED child abusing perverts in that field.
