I do not understand the continued lazy journalism of all of these writers assuming that the players want to negotiate a new contract right now. Dak Prescott has absolutely no incentive to negotiate right now when he can become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the year. Ceedee lamb has little or no incentive to negotiate right now and tell Justin Jefferson signs his deal that completely resets the market.
