I have Dragon's Dogma 2. I have an unboxing on my page. Here are some things to add. 1: There is button mapping. 2:The PS5 does not have performance mode, but the 30 fps is good in outdoor areas but suffers in big fights and cities. 3: The world is well crafted and is huge. 4: It uses the Adaptive Triggers on the PS5 controller. 5: There are Golden Beetles that glow that you can find and use to add .15 to your carried weight. 6: The caves are intricate and multi-leveled. They are absolutely amazing. 7: There are 2 save files. One in Settings and the other for Inn. The innkeeper is also who you go to deposit and retrieve items and for vocations. 8: There are 240 Seeker Tokens to find in the game. 9: Pause Menu are as follows: Items, Map, Quests, Equipment, Status. History, Photo Mode, and System. 10: In the system, there is Save and Options. 11: In Options, there is Controls, Camera, Game Settings, Interface, Display, Sound, Language, and Network. 12: There are no difficulty settings. 13: In Display, there is HDR Mode on/off and Brightness settings. There is no performance mode. 14: Some quests are timed, so don't take on too many at a time. 15: In History, there is NPC Logbook, where every single NPC you interact with is listed categorized by All, The City they belong to, Other, and Always on the move. Tutorial Logbook, Adventure Logbook, and File Logbook. 16: Game Settings are Minimap Rotation on/off, Auto-Sheathe on/off, Priority of Materials to Combine player/pawn, Destination of Combined Items player/pawn.

Tell that to the 30 FPS, uncapped and unoptimised, 1500 RC and base meh weapons, wakestones and ghaul keys which a both earnables with wakestones most likely being bountiful. Which The 1500 RC is 100 vs the previous game. Where a single weapon is 32k RC per weapon in DA. These are what's in the The Top edition being 109.99 CAN. I'm wagering with games these days, it's better to hold off until release than see the issues and how severe they are. Dragons dogma 2 is just Dragons Dogma DA with new features, map and species you can play as( It's literally just a mod in the previous title). I'm excited but I'm saving my breath since it'll play like a Xbox 360 game with not enough change to be worth $120 and the very minor incentives that try and justify the cost of it means it's not pre order worthy. I didn't buy Borderlands for their music same with AC3-6. Not worth mentioning that as a pre order bonus tbh. Stupid preorders, less gullible wait and see. The smart wait and pay for what the games worth once they release it in full later on.

@@ODSTCodaith if the price is an issue try to look for cites where they sell them with a discount, im on PC and I do it all the time with no trouble. I preordered for 57 bucks, the deluxe was at 65. Although if you do look into it, double check with sites and videos if the website is trustworthy. Steam has a refund policy so its safer for us to buy games and test, I know PS5 doesnt work that way sadly.

Thanks for watching the video! The problem is that not many think this way and they go into games with wrong expectations. This happened to a lot of people with Elden Ring, it happened to some with The Witcher and RPG Assassin's Creed games. This happens daily with almost every game. Yes, listening to fanboys is not the most positive way of thinking if you're going to purchase a game, and researching is very important too. That's why I'm trying to help newcomers to the franchise so that they don't confuse this game with anything else. DD2 is a unique game on its own and I can't wait to play it!

So true. My friend kept hyping this game up like it would be the next rdr2 or something like that. I'm done listening to fanboy hype but this game does look interesting so we'll see how it goes

@@narc440 That would be the best possible thing to do. I would recommend you keep researching about this game if you're interested in it and see if it would be your type of game. While the developers did take notes from Rockstar games' different titles, DD2 basically wouldn't be comparable to them.

I personally liked the first one a lot (after giving it many chances, it finally clicked for me) and there's no doubt the sequel would be miles better than the original. But you're right, maybe expecting it to become the GOTY outright might disappoint some. But still, can't wait to play the game!

Thanks for watching the video! Exactly. I personally don't want someone with false expectations to get into the game and get disappointed for something the game wasn't even trying to be in the first place. (A similar thing happened to a lot of gamers when played Elden Ring for the first time)

@@TruePhoqueAbsolutely, if ones goes into a game with the expectations of what it was previously, or examines what it was previously, then it can only usually get better, or at worst, meet expectations. Thus there is no getting burned, without a true fail of the product delivered. From the vids I have witnessed the only overhype has been from the whiners, NOT from those just excited to play the game or previous players from DD1. Not saying there isn't any, as well, just my witness.
